Discover Graduate Programme (Permanent Opportunity)

This is a two-year full-time graduate development programme designed to grow future leaders through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

Key Highlights:

• Permanent employment starting 1st February 2026

• 2 years of structured skills training and on-the-job learning

• Access to coaching, mentorship, and leadership development

• Transition into a full-time destination role after successful completion

• Possibility to apply for stretch assignments locally and internationally

Eligibility Criteria:

• South African citizen by birth 🇿🇦

• Must be 26 years old or younger

• Completion of undergraduate degree (NQF 7 or higher) by end of 2025
  (Any field – e.g. BCom, BSc, BTech)

Vodacom Internship Programme (12-Month Contract)

This is a 12-month structured internship programme that offers valuable workplace experience and serves as a pipeline to the Discover Graduate Programme or potential permanent roles at Vodacom.

Eligibility Criteria:

• South African citizen by birth 🇿🇦

• Must be 26 years old or younger

• Completion of undergraduate degree (NQF 7 or higher) by end of 2025

• Applicants with an NQF 6 qualification (3-year diploma) will only be considered in:

  • Electrical / Electronic Engineering

  • Computer Software Engineering

  • Information Systems / Information Technology
