Role Summary
As a Senior Online Producer, you will lead the development, production, and execution of Azam Media’s digital content strategy. This includes managing content teams, optimizing performance through analytics, and maintaining Azam TV’s journalistic standards across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and publishing of social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.

Manage and mentor a team of content producers and social media managers.

Collaborate with internal teams including journalists, editors, designers, and marketing units to produce multimedia content.

React quickly to breaking news and trending topics with accurate and engaging content.

Maintain and optimize a social media calendar aligned with editorial and business goals.

Monitor KPIs and audience engagement metrics to refine strategy and improve performance.

Uphold ethical and editorial standards, ensuring compliance with copyright, privacy, and platform policies.

Provide ongoing training to team members on digital best practices and new tools.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of editorial or digital content leadership experience, preferably in a media house or newsroom.

Strong portfolio in content creation for digital and social platforms (video, text, graphics, interactive).

Proven ability to lead small teams and manage high-pressure publishing environments.

Familiarity with digital analytics and tools such as:

Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite

Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite

Google Analytics, and other content scheduling and reporting tools

Excellent communication and editorial judgment skills.
