Fee Payment & Registration Guidelines

All students must pay fees before registration.
Payment is done annually or in two installments (each semester).
No refunds if a student withdraws after registration.
A 50% refund may apply if withdrawal is within the first two weeks, with formal approval.
Late registration incurs a Tshs. 100,000 penalty.
Original certificates must be presented during registration.
Names used for university registration will be the official names on all academic awards.

Student Rules and Regulations

Postponement is allowed only under valid reasons (e.g., illness, family matters).
Students discontinued on academic or disciplinary grounds may not be re-admitted.
Identity cards must be carried at all times and replaced at a cost of Tshs. 10,000 if lost.
Students may not enroll in another institution concurrently.
Participation in external professional certification courses is allowed with permission.
No exemptions will be given for courses done outside AJUCO unless approved by TCU credit transfer frameworks.
