2. Position: Recovery Agent
Job Summary
The Recovery Agent will be responsible for:

Recovering assigned assets

Collecting debts as per company policy

Achieving assigned recovery targets

Ensuring compliance with operational procedures

3. Key Responsibilities

Recover company assets as assigned by the supervisor.

Collect debts effectively and within set deadlines.

Maintain full adherence to repossession processes and procedures.

Follow repossession instructions as per training and operational guidelines.

Submit all required documentation to the office on time.

File and manage repossession records properly.

Utilize all provided work tools efficiently and responsibly.

If issued a company vehicle:

Follow service schedule.

Maintain cleanliness and good condition at all times.

4. Minimum Job Requirements

Valid Driving License – Must be an experienced and competent driver.

Educational Background – Diploma or higher qualification in a business-related field.

Experience – Prior involvement in asset recovery or auctioneering will be an advantage.

Computer Skills – Must be computer literate and able to use basic office applications.
