Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Service Delivery

Provide end-to-end administrative support across all HR Shared Services processes.

Ensure accurate documentation, workflow compliance, and proper filing of HR records as per policy.

Manage staff data and records with confidentiality and security.

Assist with resolution of HR-related queries and ensure first-time resolution of staff issues.
2. Internal Business Process Management

Promote adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Recommend updates and improvements to ensure policies remain effective and competitive.

Participate in cross-functional HR and organizational projects.

Maintain internal service level standards for HR operations.
3. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare data reports and analysis to support decision-making and generate operational insights.

Track service delivery metrics and support audits or compliance reviews as needed.
4. Learning, Growth & Leadership

Demonstrate self-leadership by consistently meeting performance targets.

Participate in competency development, training, and mentorship of interns or junior staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational & Technical Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle administration.

Experience working with HR databases or HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
