Overview
The IRC is seeking a Data Analysis Intern to support data visualization and compliance documentation across humanitarian programs. This is an in-person internship, offering hands-on experience with tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel, alongside real-world exposure to international humanitarian operations.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, and organize data from multiple sources (e.g., internal databases, Excel, program reports).

Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI to support internal decision-making.

Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Review grant agreements and partnership documents for compliance with IRC and donor policies.
-
Identify inconsistencies or data/documentation gaps and report findings.

Contribute to standardizing data management and reporting processes.

Participate in team meetings and collaborate on ongoing projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Or a closely related field

Technical Skills

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong working knowledge of Power BI

Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple data sources
